We’re looking for a results-driven sales representative to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. You will provide complete

      and appropriate solutions for every customer to boost revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability.
      Sales representatives will promote the business to gain new clients through word of mouth and social media outlets etc


Qualifications and Job Description below
    Customer Service Skills: You will need to be able speak in a friendly way to customers and potential customers, listening to their needs                                     and helping communicate options we have and find what works best for them.
       Communication Skills: You will need to speak to customers about what we offer and how we can benefit them by managing

       their rental home.
      Flexibility: Work from home during free time and have internet access
      Close the Deal: Schedule to have them meet with the owner to review agreement documents, get pictures of the rental and go over            which management package they want.
     Present, promote and sell our services to existing and prospective customers
     Perform cost-­benefit and needs analysis to potential customers to meet their needs
    Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
    Reach out to customer leads through cold calling (if necessary but not required)
    Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track competition and seek/learn new ways to promote the business
    Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new

      products and services.
    Proven work experience as a sales representative
    Highly motivated and target driven with a proven record of accomplishment in sales
    Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
    Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
     Ability to create adds and deliver to the audience needs for growth
